Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products are not eligible for returns.

2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated time frame, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us directly at supportdoraa@gmail.com.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
